Is it OK to call with questions about my pet’s health?

Although we can’t provide lengthy consultations or a diagnosis over the phone, we welcome questions from our clients. Please feel free to call or stop by anytime.

My pet needs to come in for a regular exam/minor procedure, but I don’t have time to wait at the hospital the whole time. Can I drop my pet off and pick him/her back up later in the day?

For our established clients’ convenience, we do offer drop-off well visits. Please call our animal clinic arrange this service and let the receptionist know of any questions or concerns you need the doctor to address. We usually ask that you drop off your pet in the morning. We will call you once your pet is ready to be picked up. This is also a good time for us to bathe your pet since he/she will be with us for a while.

Do you offer any payment plans?

We do offer a payment plan through Care Credit. This plan is sponsored by GE Money and gives you the opportunity to pay your bill over 6 to 12 months' interest-free. You can apply on-line by using the Care Credit link on our website under “Links” or apply at our office and you will have an answer in a few minutes.

Some preventive veterinary care can be spread out over several visits and you will only be charged one wellness exam a year. You may also order your pet’s monthly heartworm and flea preventive on our online store for 1 dose to be delivered monthly without any shipping charges. Your veterinarian will work with you to come up with a cost-effective plan to keep your pet current on vaccinations and other necessary services.

So that we can continue to provide quality medical care for your pet utilizing the best medical technology, we request that payment be made at the time of service.

An estimate of costs will be given to you before any service is provided; a partial payment is required on all major surgeries or cases requiring hospitalization.

What’s the best way to schedule an appointment?

We are a walk-in animal hospital; no appointment is needed for routine wellness care or sick visits. You are free to come in at your convenience during normal business hours. Major surgeries and dental procedures may be scheduled by calling our office at 704-552-2333. For surgeries, dental procedures, and grooming we like to have the patient check in by 10am.
